great stay, but room size could be improved

The double superior room on the top floor had an impressive full glass wall, providing stunning city views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep without any back pain.

We had a good time in our room right next to the busy Ginza area, super close to the metro. The breakfast was a hit for my wife, but I was disappointed with the vegan options. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were friendly. Just wish the shower setup was a bit more Western-friendly.

I loved how the hotel was just a short walk away from Hibiya Park and the exciting Ginza shopping district, making it so easy to enjoy relaxing strolls or shop until I dropped in a single day. the staff were also friendly and the quiet atmosphere made my evenings very peaceful after busy days out in the city. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious room that offered plenty of room to unwind without feeling cramped, but the bathroom could use better lighting for applying makeup.

I stayed for three nights in a Moderate Small Double Room and loved the hotel's prime location near shopping and dining options, with a 7-Eleven downstairs for late-night snacks. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was clean, though a bit small for two people. I especially appreciated the touch of daily towel replacement while maintaining privacy by not requesting full housekeeping. The only downside was that the elevator seemed a bit slow during peak times.

Spacious room, relaxing bathroom, with plenty of space to walk even with extra luggage and a bathtub separate from the shower area that reminded me of lovely Japanese homes.

I absolutely loved my stay! The mattresses were so comfortable that I fell asleep instantly, and the room was perfectly quiet for the best night’s sleep. You can't beat soaking in the delightful bathtub after a long day of exploring!
